    Description [0001] The present invention generally refers to a closure device for jewelery or jewelery and / or costume jewelery and clothing, leather goods and fashion articles in general, and, in particular, concerns a usable device generally to close chains, necklaces, bracelets, watch straps, belts, bag handles, etc. and having a simplified quick release mechanism with respect to the known solutions.
    [0002] In this way, it is easier for the user, compared to the prior art, to replace the closure device according to the user's needs and tastes, as well as to use the same closure device for different jewelry and / or add or remove modular elements with the necklace directly worn.
    [0003] Various types of adornment jewelry are still known, usually made of precious metal, such as, in particular, bracelets, watch straps, necklaces, earrings or the like, which have buckles fixed with locking pins placed at the ends of the closing device and positioned by springs or other elastic means.
    [0004] Bracelets and bracelets are also known, usually consisting of a single body, kept in the closed position thanks to the action of elastic means.
    [0005] The use of spring devices allows to obtain significant advantages compared to the use of clips, which lead to functional problems and higher production costs; moreover, in this case, the necklace is extremely more practical for the user, since, to put it on or take it off, it is sufficient to act on the body of the necklace, both for opening and closing, using the compression and release developed by the spring.
    [0006] On the other hand, the known solutions described so far, however, present further drawbacks which we propose to eliminate.
    In fact, first of all, traditional closures are normally permanently and permanently attached to one end of the bracelet, necklace or strap and this does not allow this closure to be used for different bracelets, necklaces and / or straps, in how much the same cannot be physically detached from the necklace.
    [0008] In addition, the closing devices for known jewelry are substantially complicated from the point of view of the components used and the final assembly and do not allow the user to easily open or close the necklace itself, or to add or remove modular elements of ornament to the aforesaid necklace, once the same is worn.
    Finally, in the case of closure made exclusively by elastic means, the deformations to which the springs are subjected in the phases in which the user wears and unthreads the necklace are such as to deform the springs, in most cases, in such a way permanent, with the inevitable consequences related to the unusability of the necklace itself, which is not tight and therefore is subject to slipping. Within the scope of the aforementioned requirements, therefore, the object of the present invention is to overcome the drawbacks mentioned and, in particular, to provide a closing device equipped with a quick release mechanism for jewelry, which allows simple interchangeability and fast of the bracelet and / or strap and having a small footprint.
    Another object of the present invention is to provide a closure device equipped with a quick release mechanism for jewelry, which allows to make an investment contained in the disposable element (pin of the strap), also offering the possibility of carrying out quick, easy and simplified assembly and disassembly with respect to the prior art.
    A further object of the invention is to provide a closure device equipped with a quick release mechanism for jewelry, which can be used on different jewelry and which allows to add or remove further elements to / from the jewelry in a simple and fast.
    [0012] These and other objects are achieved by a closing device equipped with a quick release mechanism for jewelry, as described in a generic and preferred embodiment thereof, according to claim 1; the other dependent claims contain further detailed technical characteristics of the present invention.
    Further objects and advantages of the present invention will become clear from the following description, relating to an exemplary and preferred but not limitative embodiment of the closure device equipped with a quick release mechanism for jewelry, according to the present invention, and the annexed drawings, also provided purely by way of non-limiting example, in which:
    fig. 1 shows an exploded perspective view of the closure device for jewelry, which can be associated with a watch strap, according to the present invention;
    fig. 2 is a top plan view of the jewelry closure device in fig. 1, according to the invention;

    [0014] It should be noted above all that, although the description that follows, referring to the schematic drawings mentioned above, refers to a closure device for jewelry applicable, in particular, to a buckle and a strap, in particular for watches, the the same device can also be used for other items of jewelery and / or costume jewelery or fashion items in general, such as rings, chains, earrings, belts, bag handles and other items of clothing and / or leather goods, without having to provide for this substantial technical and / or construction differences.
    With reference to the aforementioned figures, the closing device equipped with a quick release mechanism for jewelry, according to the present invention, includes a buckle or clasp 1, which can be of the standard type, and a lower door or bracket 3, which has a shaped attachment 2, equipped with a cylindrical seat 6 for inserting a bar 7, adapted to fix the buckle 1 to the bracket 3 and to keep in position a barb 8 of the buckle 1; the shaped attachment 2 also includes an elongated portion 9, which presents, in a central position and on the opposite side with respect to the cylindrical seat 6 and to the barb 8, a hook-shaped protuberance 10, suitable for being hooked to a central portion of a pin
    5. The pin 5 is inserted in a cylindrical seat 11 of a bracelet or bracelet 4 of the necklace (in particular, of a watch), in order to keep the strap or bracelet 4 hooked to the lower bracket 3 and, therefore, to the buckle or clip 1.
    [0016] Furthermore, the pin 5 is equipped with a central collar 12, which allows it to be kept centered with respect to the strap or bracelet 4, and has two small cylinders 13 inserted at the two lateral ends inside which respective springs 14 are housed. to relative balls 15, which protrude on the sides of the pin 5.
    [0017] According to the present invention, it is possible to combine a single buckle or clasp 1 with different types of strap or bracelet 4 (according to the needs and / or wishes of the user) in an extremely simple and fast way and without having to resort to technicians or specialized personnel.
    In fact, according to what is shown in particular in figs. 9A, 9B, 9C and 9D attached, starting from a position according to which the buckle 1 and the strap or bracelet 4 are separate (fig. 9A), it is possible to quickly associate the desired strap or bracelet 4 to the buckle 1, simply by inserting the pin 5 into the cylindrical seat 11 of the strap 4 (fig. 4B), taking care to keep the central collar 12 near the middle area of the strap 4 so as to keep the pin 5 centered (this middle area is normally identifiable by providing a portion 18 devoid of the material of which the strap 4 is made, at which the collar 12 is visible.
    At this point, the hook protuberance 10 is placed so that the underlying seat mates with the central collar 12 of the pin 5 and then the bracket 3 is rotated towards the strap 4 (arrow F of fig. 9C).
    [0020] In this way, the coupling between strap 4 and buckle 1 is carried out since, following the action of the bracket 3, the lateral balls 15 are first pushed towards the inside of the respective cylinders 13 and then place contrast with the internal walls of the bracket 3, possibly equipped with respective niches, thanks to the elastic action of the springs 14.
    [0021] The bracket 3 thus assumes a position substantially parallel to the strap 4 (fig. 9D) and the strap itself is associated in a stable manner with the buckle 1.
    [0022] In order to replace the strap 4, it is sufficient to repeat the steps previously described in the opposite direction, ie manually moving the bracket 3 in the opposite direction to the direction identified by the arrow F so as to overcome the elastic force of the springs 14 and to free the central collar 12 of the pin 5 from the hook protuberance 10; thus it is possible to free the strap 4 complete with pin 5 or to remove the pin 5 from the cylindrical seat 11 of the strap 4 and then easily replace the strap itself by reusing the pin 5.
    [0023] In this way, it is possible to replace the strap 4 quickly, easily and safely, thus obtaining a complete interchangeability of each type of strap 4 with a standard type buckle 1; consequently, with a limited investment of the disposable element (the pin 5 of the strap 4), it is possible to use a buckle 1 also in precious material, in order to create a necklace that can be used for various occasions, simply by changing, quickly and fast, the type of strap 4.

Finally, the size of the entire closing device is extremely limited compared to the known art. From the above description the characteristics of the jewelry closing device, which is the subject of the present invention, are clear, as are the advantages.

    Finally, it is clear that numerous other variations can be made to the closure device in question, without thereby departing from the novelty principles inherent in the inventive idea, just as it is clear that, in the practical implementation of the invention, the the materials, the shapes and the dimensions of the illustrated details can be any according to the requirements and the same can be replaced with other technically equivalent ones.

Closing device equipped with a quick release mechanism for jewelry, comprising a buckle or clasp (1) and a bracket (3), which has a shaped attachment (2), equipped with a cylindrical seat (6) for the insertion of a bar (7), suitable for fixing said buckle or clip (1) to said bracket (3), characterized in that said shaped attachment (2) includes an elongated portion (9), which has, in a central position and on the opposite side with respect to said cylindrical seat (6), a hook-shaped protuberance (10), adapted to be hooked to a central portion of a pin (5), said pin (5) being inserted in a cylindrical seat (11 ) of a bracelet or bracelet (4) of a necklace, in order to keep said strap or bracelet (4) attached to said bracket (3) and to said buckle or clasp (1).
